In the hamlet, semi-detached house of 45 m² on two levels. It is composed as follows:
Ground floor :
- Kitchen
- Shower room / WC
Upstairs:
- Living room including a sofa bed for 2 people (access from the bedroom or separate entrance from the alley)
- 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed (direct access by the stairs)
Two entrances: one through the kitchen on the ground floor, the other through the living room upstairs
Steep staircase, with narrow steps
Accepts two additional people (under 18 years old) sleeping in the sofa bed, without additional charge
Arrivals possible from 6 p.m. on weekdays (4 p.m. on Saturdays)
- Ground of 120 m² facing the gîte, crossing the communal passage (access by a few steps), with wooden terrace
- Garden furniture
- Two deckchairs

- Washing machine
- Mini oven
