On a 3-hectare property including 13 cottages (6 semi-detached mini-villas in one building and 7 semi-detached apartments in another building), 34 m² apartment located on the 1st floor.
It is arranged with: - Living room/kitchen with sleeping area including two bunk beds (90x190 cm) (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6) and a sofa bed (80x190 cm) - One bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) (can be joined on request) - Shower room/Restrooms Third week of rental free (offer valid between April 5th and May 31st and from September 20th) One additional person can stay free of charge on the sofa bed in the living room Access to the cottage is via a staircase of approximately fifteen steps with a handrail - 10 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Car park on the property Shared facilities: - Swimming pool shared by the 13 cottages at the top of the property (6x3.5 meters, depth: 1.5 meters) With panoramic views of the plain and the sea.
Open from May 10th to September 27th, heated from May 10th to June 14th and in September.

Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Petanque court - Badminton court - Table tennis - Ice machine available - Fresh water spring at the village wash house at the top of the property - Relaxation area with Wi-Fi, equipped with tables, chairs, and electrical outlets - Library and games room - Washing machine in a shared laundry room for the 13 cottages (equipped with 4 washing machines) - Information point - Dishwasher - Combination microwave/oven - Freezer compartment - Filter coffee maker - Television - Hair dryer - Donkeys below the property (enclosed area) - Pet cleaning deposit (€40) if the option is not selected - Fans available upon request

Très bon accueil du propriétaire et logement très agréable intérieur et la vue de la terrasse superbeSeul petit bémol le lit avec deux matelas qui glisse donc on se retrouve sur le bois du milieu pas agréable du toutil nous conseille bien pour des idées de sorties

Location super avec une vue époustouflante et un grand calme. Bien équipé.Bastien et son papa nous ont bien accueilli, nous avons eu droit à une visite privée très enrichissante du terrain, du village et des ânes.Merci à eux pour ce séjour dépaysant pour notre 1ere fois en Corse.Hâte de revenir.
