On a 3 hectare property comprising 13 gîtes (6 semi-detached mini-villas in one building and 7 semi-detached apartments in another building), mini-villa of 24 m².
It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchenette with a sofa bed (80x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two beds (90x190 cm) (can be joined on request) - Shower room/WC 3rd week of rental free (offer valid between April 5 and May 31 and from September 20) Accepts 1 additional person free of charge with sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room - 2 terraces (8 and 13 m²) - Small garden - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Parking on the property Shared: - Swimming pool shared by the 13 gîtes at the top of the property (6x3.5 meters, depth: 1.5 meters) with panoramic views of the plain and the sea.
Accessible from May 10 to September 27, heated from May 10 to June 14 and in September.
Security system: protective barrier.
Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to those specified in the rental agreement. - Pétanque pitch - Badminton court - Ping-pong - Ice machine available - Fresh water source at the village washhouse on the upper part of the property - Outdoor relaxation area with wifi access equipped with tables, chairs, and electrical outlets - Library and games library - Washing machine in the laundry room shared by the 13 gîtes (equipped with 4 washing machines) - Information point - Microwave oven - Freezer compartment - Television - Hairdryer - Donkeys below the property (enclosed grounds) - €40 pet cleaning deposit if cleaning option not selected - Fans available upon request
