At the bottom of the village, near the owners' house, 36 m² gîte located on level -1 of an independent house and adjoining gîte 55024 (located upstairs). It is composed as follows:
- Living room/kitchen including 1 sofa bed for 2 people
- 1 bedroom including 1 160x200 cm bed and 1 90x190 cm bed
- Shower room/WC
Accepts 2 additional people free of charge with sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room
- Access to the cottage is via a staircase descending about fifteen steps
- Covered terrace of 6 m² with breathtaking views of the mountain, the sea and the village of Belgodère

3 belles semaines dans cette superbe région.Un très bon accueil des propriétaires, très sympathiques et à l'écoute, dans ce gîte très agréable, propre, très bien équipé et au calme avec sa superbe vue mer et montagne.Avec en prime le vol des milans royaux.Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette adresse.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Occhiatana dans le calme et dans un très bel environnement.Le gîte correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et à la description faite par Gîtes de France.Mr et Mme ARMAND sont des personnes très sympathiques et à l'écoute.Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
