In the heart of the owners' farm, close to their house (not overlooked), independent stone house of 110m². It is composed as follows:

- 1 bedroom including 1 160x200cm bed and 1 90x190cm bed

Access to the gîte is via a 900m dirt track, sloping, with hairpin bends. Access with a low car can be tricky.
- 6 hectare property with direct access to the river on foot (5 min.)
