At the entrance to the town in the Aspretto district close to the beach, it is in the owner's kalliste villa that this comfortable 35m² single-storey studio flat is located on the ground floor with its independent entrance, it is composed as follows: - Kitchen / living room - Separate sleeping area including 1 bed 160x200cm or on request 2 twin beds 80x200cm - Shower room/WC with walk-in shower Apartment located below the access to the entrance to the city Non smoking accommodation - Covered terrace 10m² at the front of the cottage - Enclosed courtyard of 40m² at the back of the cottage - Garden furniture - Electric plancha/grill - Relaxation furniture - Parking (1 parking space on the property for a small sedan, exterior/interior cleaning of vehicles not authorized) - Air conditioner - Washer dryer - Dishwasher - Induction hob - Oven - Microwave - Fridge Freezer - Television - Bluetooth speaker - Wi-Fi internet access - Computer available on request - Hair dryer - For any rental longer than 7 nights (5% discount from the 8th night and the following nights) - The end-of-stay cleaning option (€50) must be paid on site directly to the owner. - Cleaning deposit of €50 if cleaning option is not taken - To obtain the option of 2 beds 80x200 cm instead of the double bed (free service), the request must be made to the owner no later than 15 days before your arrival date of the stay (unless late booking) - The accommodation is non-smoking inside - Business stays: if necessary, free installation of a small office (L70xH76xP45) on request - Reinforced socket for electric vehicle available (additional billing per kWh of electricity consumed)

Le propriétaire est très bienveillant et donnes de précieux conseils sur les visites à effectuer, les bonnes adresses …Le logement est vraiment super équipé (il y a vraiment tout !) et très bien situé. Rien à redire ! Top !Je reviendrais, c’est sûr !

Un gîte propre, moderne et très bien agencé, à 5mm à pied de la mer. Très proche de l'aéroport sans les inconvénients. Le centre d'ajaccio est accessible à pied. accueil au top , Propriétaire au petit soins. On reviendrai bien volontiers.
