In the heart of an old olive grove, 33m² studio, located on the ground floor of the owners' house, and adjoining with a part of the house, it is composed as follows:
- Living room/kitchen including a convertible type BZ (160x200 cm)
- 1 dressing area also including 1 sleeping area with 1 bed 90x180cm, which can accommodate a child up to 15 years old (extra charge of 10€ will be requested for sheets and towels)
- Shower room/WC
Access to the cottage is via a dirt road of about 250 meters
Presence of the owners' animals on the property (dogs and cats)
- Terrace of 19m² covered on 10m²
- 2 deckchairs
