In the countryside, on the ground floor of the owners' house, which also includes gîte 25151, this 62 m² apartment comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room - WC Two additional guests are welcome at no extra charge, sleeping on the sofa bed. - 25 m² terrace - 3800 m² shared garden - Heated swimming pool (5.5 m x 15 m), open from the beginning of May to the end of September, shared with the other rental and the owners.
Access is closed from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and after 9 pm.
The pool is secured by an alarm.
Access is only permitted to those named in the rental agreement. - 8-person spa shared by both gîtes.
