At the entrance to the village, 48 m² semi-detached house at gite no. 22242, on a 2,200 m² property including the owners' house, comprising: - Living room/kitchen with 1 sofa bed for 2 people - 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 cm bed - Shower room with shower opening onto the bedroom - Toilet Possibility of accommodating 2 additional people on the sofa bed in the living room (€5/day/person) - Private garden of 80 m² - Terrace of 8.5 m² - Garden furniture - Deckchairs around the pool - Barbecue - Outdoor shower - Shared pool with the owners and cottage 22242, 9.5 x 4.9 m, access until 6:00 p.m. every day (pool maintenance service from 7:00 p.m.) open from early July to late August, security system: alarm.
