It comprises the following rooms: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together - Shower room/WC Hiking opportunities: qualified owner (state-certified guide) Sea view - Shared grounds of 1.7 hectares, including 10,000 m² of enclosed land - Covered terrace of 15 m² - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Outdoor shower - Shared 72 m² swimming pool, open during the cottage's opening season and secured by a barrier.
Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Parking - Air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave oven - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi access A €50 security deposit will be required if the cleaning option is not selected.
