The villa consists of three independent units, perfect for those who wish to travel in groups without giving up their privacy.

The first space, located on the ground floor, consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom, located on the first floor, with a French bed and a second ensuite bathroom.

Also on the ground floor there is a small corner with coffee machine and sink.

The second space, communicating with the first by an internal door, has a secondary bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and dining table.

The third space, the annexe, consists of a bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, and another small corner with a coffee machine and washbasin.

To complete the layout of the villa, the real jewel of the property: large green areas, a swimming pool with sunbathing area where you can relax and sunbathe, and a barbecue area for preparing and enjoying delicious meals outdoors.

Available to guests, free WI-Fi connection, iron, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heat pump heating, and three parking spaces on the property.

"Cinta d'intorno dal verde lussureggiante degli alberi piantati su falde", as the Italian poets describe it, the town of Carovigno is part of the northern Salento, in the province of Brindisi, and is a famous centre of olive oil production. The castle of Carovigno bears the name of the town on which the ancient Carbina was built, and like all fortified monuments, it is the highest part of the town while in its basement it is possible to visit the 'dungeons' used as cells and cellars. The historical centre with its four proud towers, three of which are still standing, is worth visiting. Not far away are the town's churches: the Mother Church dedicated to Our Lady of the Assumption and the Church of the Carmine, with 18th-century frescoes. The town of Carovigno hosts the annual 'Press Tour Carovigno', which offers guided tours, olive picking and tastings.

The historic centre of Carovigno is a 5-minute drive away, where shops and services can be found, as is the historic centre of Ostuni, a 15-minute drive away.

The airports of Brindisi and Bari can be reached in 35 minutes and 70 minutes respectively.
