Sehr gutes und flexibles Check in. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Küche mit viel Platz in Profi Qualität. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wunderschöne Terrasse direkt am Meer in ruhiger Lage. Parkplatz sehr nahe beim Eingang. Schöner, abschliessbarer Veloraum iist vorhanden. Der Lift ist sehr praktisch.
Effiziente und gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss sind etwas weit entfernt. Aber die meisten kommen ja mit dem Auto.

Die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage direkt am Meer, der schöne Meerblick und die gute Ausstattung sind klare Pluspunkte. Aber - Ameisenplage im Schlafzimmer und Gang.
Katastrophal war der Umgang mit der Kaution. Nachdem wir nach 2,5 Wochen selbst Rückzahlung anfragen mussten, wurde uns vorgeworfen die Klimaanlage zu tief eingestellt und einen Wasserschaden verursacht zu haben. Mit Fotos & Metadaten konnten wir nachweisen, dass der Schaden bei Anreise bestand. Tro...
