The outside door needs repair. Some days we couldn't open the door so had to ask the nearby cafe people to pull the door open from their side.

Excellent location. Right in the centre of Arles. Would recommend highly. Be aware that there is a narrow spiral staircase to the first floor so may not be suitable for some guests.
