For a family holiday in a green setting, we offer this charming old house designed to accommodate up to 6 people. You will be seduced by its stone walls and wooden beams, which give it an authentic character.



Its vast grounds, its woods and its swimming pool (open and heated from 1st May to 30th September) will be a fantastic playground and exploration area for your children. Our animal friends are welcome (1 per booking), but be careful, the grounds are not enclosed.



The house is spread over three levels, connected by "miller's ladder" type stairs, which require particular vigilance.



Upon entering the ground floor, you will discover a cosy living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a television. A first bedroom, with a King Size bed (180x200), is located on this level, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and toilet.



When descending the first staircase, you access the garden level, where a large dining room, open to a terrace, awaits you. The kitchen, also open to this space, is very well equipped: gas hob, combined oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker are at your disposal.



From the living room, going up the stairs, you access the top floor, where two other bedrooms are located. The first is equipped with a King Size bed (180x200), while the second has two single beds (90x190), which can be joined to form a large bed (180x190).



For greater comfort, the accommodation is fully air-conditioned. A washing machine is also available, and you can park up to two vehicles on the plot. The plot is currently under development to offer a car park and a gravel-laid access (no longer grassy)



In the garden area, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha will allow you to enjoy delicious meals outdoors, near the above-ground swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in summer.
