For a family holiday in a green setting, we offer this charming old house designed to accommodate up to 6 people.
You will be seduced by its stone walls and wooden beams, which give it an authentic character. Its vast grounds, its woods and its swimming pool (open and heated from 1st May to 30th September) will be a fantastic playground and exploration area for your children.
Our animal friends are welcome (1 per booking), but be careful, the grounds are not enclosed. The house is spread over three levels, connected by "miller's ladder" type stairs, which require particular vigilance. Upon entering the ground floor, you will discover a cosy living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a television.
A first bedroom, with a King Size bed (180x200), is located on this level, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. When descending the first staircase, you access the garden level, where a large dining room, open to a terrace, awaits you.
The kitchen, also open to this space, is very well equipped: gas hob, combined oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker are at your disposal. From the living room, going up the stairs, you access the top floor, where two other bedrooms are located.
The first is equipped with a King Size bed (180x200), while the second has two single beds (90x190), which can be joined to form a large bed (180x190). For greater comfort, the accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
A washing machine is also available, and you can park up to two vehicles on the plot.
The plot is currently under development to offer a car park and a gravel-laid access (no longer grassy) In the garden area, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha will allow you to enjoy delicious meals outdoors, near the above-ground swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in summer. The location is located at - 6 km from the town of Rouffignac Saint-Cernin de Reilhac, - 6 km from the night market (summer) of Rouffignac St Cernin, - 6 km from the restaurant "La Renaissance (world pizza champion)", - 7 km from the "Original Golf Domain of Sorbier", - 7 km from the "Carrefour Contact" supermarket, - 7 km from the restaurant "Le Puit Fleuri Josiane", - 11.5 km from the Rouffignac Cave - 28 km from the town of Montignac Lascaux, - 32 km from the "Condat Le Lardin" train station Famous worldwide, the Vézère Valley is the Prehistory Valley par excellence.
With its 15 sites classified as World Heritage by UNESCO in 1979, a part of human history is offered to you. This location benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay for personalised services. During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning. This furnished accommodation is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection. This furnished accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Animals are accepted in this rental (1 per booking). Les plus : Gîte spacieux et confortable, terrasse ombragée, vue sympa sur la campagne, literie , piscine, pas de voisins proches, aucun vis à vis, proximité avec nombreux sites touristiques (20/30 minutes)Les moins : Route assez passante, gîte sur 3 niveaux.
