Comfortable apartment of approximately 120 m2 which can accommodate up to 7 guests, located a short distance from the centre, the ferry terminal and the Mirabello Port, ideal for visiting the enchanting Cinque Terre.
Within walking distance, you can also enjoy a beautiful walk along the seafront.
Furthermore, thanks to the proximity to the central station, reachable in just 10 minutes on foot, you have easy access to further tourist destinations and services in the city. The 120 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT A LIFT and is composed as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER with benches and dining table, induction hob, little fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster; - LIVING ROOM with sofa and TV; - ROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and fan; - ROOM II with French double bed, single bed, wardrobe and fan; - ROOM III with double bed, wardrobe and fan; - BATHROOM I equipped with wc, bidet, sink and shower cubicle; - BATHROOM II equipped with wc, bidet, sink and shower cubicle - BALCONY with access from the living room; - LAUNDRY AREA with dryer and washing machine. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, split A/C in the living room, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen included. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in; - No lift (stairs to reach the apartment); - A/C present ONLY in the living room (NO in the bedrooms). 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. A stone's throw away is Porto Mirabello and the ferry terminal, perfect for visiting the wonders of the area, such as Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. The city center can be reached on foot and offers a variety of cultural attractions of notable importance such as the Lia Museum, the San Giorgio Castle, the CAMEC (Museum of Modern Art), the naval museum.
The seaside promenade, also in the immediate vicinity, gives the opportunity to walk while admiring a suggestive landscape from its well-kept public gardens.
All the essential services are within reach: bars, supermarket and pharmacy are in fact within 150 metres. Bus stop 150 meters away: direct lines to the train station, the ferry station, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro.
