For those who love walking and cycling, there is a scenic cycle path that connects Villa Rosa to Martinsicuro, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova and Roseto degli Abruzzi, offering a route of around 30 km along the coast. Apartment with garden available on request, with a supplement of €50 per week, to be paid on site. the request must be communicated at the time of booking.

Appartamento pulito. Ottima posizione e le terrazze sono bellissime e molto spaziose.
Avrei gradito trovare almeno due lettini sulla terrazza vicina all'angolo cottura.
