Modern flats in a recently built, multi-level building located in the central area of Villa Rosa renowned for its fine sandy beaches and crystal clear sea, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The resort has been awarded the Blue Flag several times for the quality of its water.
For those who love walking and cycling, there is a scenic cycle path that connects Villa Rosa to Martinsicuro, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova and Roseto degli Abruzzi, offering a route of around 30 km along the coast. For family fun, the Acquapark Onda Blu, located about 15 minutes' drive away, offers pools, slides and games for all ages.

Obwohl wir spät ankamen, war die Wohnung schon vorbereitet und ruhig, sodass wir schnell zur Ruhe kamen. Das Doppelzimmer bot bequem Platz für zwei Personen und die helle offene Küche gefiel uns besonders zum Kaffeekochen am Morgen. Wir reisten früh ab nach kurzem Aufenthalt, fühlten uns jedoch erholt und startklar in den Tag.

Beter dan verwacht voor deze prijsklasse. De gedeelde tuin bood extra ruimte die je elders niet snel vindt, en stapelbedden waren perfect voor kinderen. De badkamer had een prettige afmeting vergeleken met andere locaties waar we geweest zijn.

Would book again without hesitation. The place was clean and bright, with everything we needed including a washing machine and decent Wi-Fi. Parking was easy on the street nearby, which helped after long days out at the beach or cycling along the Adriatic path. The small terrace was great for morning coffee.
