Charming renovated stone house located in an idyllic setting with abundant vegetation. The property, of 7000 m2 and for the exclusive use of the guests, offers privacy and is perfect to disconnect in contact with nature. It is located just 2 km from the village of Llubí, which has supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a pharmacy; the beautiful beaches of Muro and Can Picafort are just 15 km from the village.

The space

The house has been refurbished preserving the typical Majorcan character and providing it with all the comforts. It has ceiling fans in all rooms (no air conditioning) and underfloor heating powered by a wood cooker.

The 90m2 built area is distributed over 2 floors: the ground floor of 75m2 with a large open space that houses the living room, kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200), a bedroom with single bed (90x200) and a trundle bed (90x200) and a bathroom with shower.

On the mezzanine there is another bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath.

The house is ideal for up to 5 adults, but can accommodate up to 6 guests if there are children.

Outside, the environment has been preserved as natural as possible, as the property is located in a protected enclave. It has a swimming pool of 8,70x4,70m and 1,46m deep. It also has a terrace with a pergola and a garden shaded by leafy trees.

Services and common areas

The price includes water, electricity, butane, firewood, tourist tax, bed linen and towels.

A child's cot and high chair can be provided on request at no extra cost.

Other highlights

The farm's electricity comes from solar panels. We ask guests to consume energy responsibly and follow the usage instructions that will be provided, in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

- Optional firewood for the fireplace at 15 Eur/day

- A refundable deposit is charged.
