In a peaceful area overlooking the small village resort of Abriès with a clear view of the surrounding mountains, cottage located in the heart of the Queyras Regional Natural Park.
Large independent chalet comprising the cottage and another accommodation on the ground floor.
The cottage has a separate entrance, it is arranged on two levels.
On the first level: very large living room opening onto a beautiful sunny terrace, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, etc.), lounge area with TV and DVD, a bedroom for 2 people (2 adjoining 80 cm beds) with large private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, WC.
Upstairs large space under the slope with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds giving access to a bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, WC.
Underfloor heating by wood pellet boiler included and wood stove available (wood package 25 euros if using the wood stove).
The chalet is located close to many services and leisure opportunities: hiking, ski slopes, restaurant and entertainment venues.
Private parking on the property.
Equipment storage room available (bicycle, skis, etc.).
Service: sheets, towels and cleaning service optional.
