- A private, unenclosed garden of approx. 2,200 m² with a south-facing terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in L'Absie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Several hiking trails are available around L'Absie, including the Bois des Hauts de Gâtine trail.
- Parc Aventure 79 in Chantemerle (5km): this park offers tree climbing, zip lines and other activities such as outdoor laser games and mini-golf.
- Marais poitevin (40 km): regional nature park and major French site.
- Puy du Fou (48 km): leisure park.
- Futuroscope (80 km): leisure park.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest TGV station: Niort, approx. 35 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes, approx. 100km away

- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Maison idéalement situé par rapport aux sites touristiques.

Maison spacieuse. Placards dans les chambres et la salle de douche. Volets roulants tous électrique. Grand jardin très propre. La cuisine vintage est étonnante. Store banne électrique sur la terrasse très appréciable.
Four en panne. TV minuscule. Pas de wifi donc difficultés pour réserver des visites en amont. Nombreux chiens aux alentours qui aboient à longueur de temps même la nuit (jusqu'à 3h du matin et reprennent dès 6h).
