EXCEPTIONAL location, with sand garden. 22 m2 composite wooden terrace for delicious meals in summer and SPA (Jacuzzi for 6 people) offering moments of fullness and refreshment on sunny days.
"La Pétale de Rose" is a pretty family house with modern and well-kept facilities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm.
Located at 250, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le Touquet.
The beach of Merlimont if located 5.3 kms, or 20 minutes by bike .....

Maison spacieuse et propre avec tout le nécessaire
Néanmoins un canapé plus grand serait appréciable car pour 6 personnes c’est un peu juste.Une connexion wifi catastrophique à revoir totalement, d’autant plus que la maison est situé dans un endroit où le réseau n’est pas terrible.

Sejour bien passé, environnement calme, maison moderne, on a apprécié la chaleur du mode chauffage par pompe à chaleur, la propreté, 1 bemol sur le canapé pas pratique et pas vraiment pr 2 personnes mais va etre changé ainsi que les matelas des chambres .

Un très bon séjour, maison impeccable et emplacement top dommage que le spa ne fonctionne pas ( ne chauffe pas et eau trouble ) merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli personne très sympathique
