From the gîte, you can take a 4km hiking trail with several unmissable stops: the Arboretum offering a panoramic elevated view of the Cité and the entire city, then descending to the ramparts of the Cité.
Afterward, you can discover the historic center of the Bastide by walking along the banks of the Aude.
Lake Cavayère is 5 minutes away, where you can enjoy an idyllic setting with various activities and entertainment. Villa Prélude has a park with the owners' shared swimming pool (10x5x1.40m) where you can cool off and relax on a sun lounger.
The wellness area with a SPA and sauna is accessible for an additional charge of €10 per person, with unlimited time (spa and sauna access is open in low season from October 1st to May 31st and closed during high season).
From the terrace, you will appreciate the view and the surrounding tranquility in a beautifully wooded park and a residential neighborhood.
Parking is private and secure (closed garage option available).
You will have WIFI access and access to Netflix and Canal+ on the TV. Villa Prélude is a semi-detached gîte connected to the owners' house, with independent outdoor access.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, each with independent access to the outside and communicating with each other. - Bedroom 1: large air-conditioned suite with a 160x200cm bed, armchairs, and TV. - A bathroom accessed from the large suite, with a bathtub and separate toilet. - Bedroom 2: 2x70x190cm beds that can be pushed together to form a 140cm bed. - An independent kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, grill microwave, Italian coffee maker, and espresso machine. Breakfast is €6 per person as an optional service and is served on the terrace.
