Starting from the gîte, you can take a 4km hiking trail with a number of must-see stops: the Arboretum, with its panoramic view of the Cité and the whole town, and then down to the ramparts of the Cité, before discovering the historic centre of the Bastide via the banks of the River Aude. The Lac de la Cavayère is just 5 minutes away, where you can enjoy an idyllic setting with a range of activities and entertainment.

Villa Prélude features a park with the owners' communal swimming pool (10x5x1.40) where you can cool off and relax on a sun lounger. The wellness area with a SPA and sauna is accessible for a supplement of €10 per person with no time limit (access to spa and sauna open in low season from 1 October to 31 May and closed in high season).

From the terrace you will enjoy the view and the calm of the surroundings in a beautifully wooded park in a residential area. The car park is private and secure (closed garage possible). You will have a WIFI connection and access to Netflix and Canal + on the TV.

Villa Prélude is a gîte adjoining the owners' house with independent access to the outside. It comprises 2 bedrooms, each with independent access to the outside and communicating with each other.

- Bedroom 1: a large air-conditioned suite with a 160x200cm bed, armchairs and TV.

- A bathroom accessed via the large suite with bath and separate WC.

- Bedroom 2: 2x70x190cm which can be brought together to make a 140cm bed.

- A separate kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave grill, Italian-style coffee maker espresso maker.

Breakfast €6 per person optional and served on the terrace.
