Modern 25 sqm room just 6 minutes walk from Sant'Antonio Hospital, able to accommodate up to 3 people. The accommodation is located on the ground floor (raised) of a building without a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). Please note that there are steps to access the property.

The area is quiet and well served. The center can be easily reached in 13 minutes by public transport.

The room consists of a double bed, single sofa bed, private bathroom.


The internal space is organized as follows
- BEDROOM with double bed, a single sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, smart TV and split A/C;

- BATHROOM (inside the bedroom) with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;

- DINING AREA - SHARED with Rubino room - with sink, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils , wine glasses and two dining tables.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the bedroom), hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

High chair and cot on request.

THE STRUCTURE is divided into three units: a mini apartment DIAMANTE (for exclusive use) and two rooms RUBINO E SMERALDO. The two rooms share a dining area with kitchen.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
