The 2-room holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a living area of 75 m². The bedroom has a double bed (200x200 cm) and the living room features a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV, radio, CD and DVD player.
The kitchen is separate and connected to the dining table in the living room via a pass-through.
It is equipped with all modern kitchen appliances, such as a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, etc. The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating.

Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan with its Minster, summer toboggan run, and spa museum offer diverse excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3 km long natural beach of Nienhagen and the picturesque steep coast are just a few minutes' walk away. The Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for excellent water quality multiple times.

Das Haus war sehr ruhig . Es war nicht weit zum Meer.
Es gab in der ganzen Wohnung keine Uhr. Jeder redet von Mülltrennung und es gibt nur einen Behälter für den Restmüll . Angebracht wäre vielleicht noch ein Behältnis für die gelbe Tonne. Im Bad gab es nur einen offenen Behälter für Hygieneartikel was nicht sehr anschaulich ist für den Partner.

Trotzdem wir Endreinigung bezahlt haben sollten wir alle Reinigungsarbeiten (bis auf feucht durchwischen) selbst ausführen.
Logisch, dass man keinen Saustall hinterlässt, aber für den Rest hatten wir reichlich bezahlt.
Saubere adrette wohnung.

Schöne ruhige Lage
In den Schlafzimmern konnte man die Fußbodenheizung nicht abschalten, auch mit geöffneten Fenster war es sehr unangenehm. Schön wäre es wenn eine separate Mikrowelle vorhanden wäre.
