In the living room, a cozy seating area with a TV and a wood-burning stove awaits you, as well as the dining table with 6 chairs.
The modern kitchen is open and has everything you need - a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and much more.
There is a shower room on the ground floor and another on the first floor with a washing machine and hairdryer.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor; one of the bedrooms also has a second TV. A travel cot & high chair are available for free use. The attic is furnished as a reading room, and from here you have a fantastic view of the open landscape and nature.
The entire ground floor has shutters, and there are also mosquito screens on the windows.
Outside, a grill, sun loungers, a beach chair, and garden furniture await you. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The parking space for 2 cars is directly on the property. A small note for our guests: Bed linen & towels are not included but can be booked for a fee. If a dog is your companion, there are also fees for this. Current information: Unfortunately, the stairs on the steep coast are temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons.
The main staircase remains freely accessible.

Enjoy the direct proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest – a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan with its Minster, summer toboggan run, and spa museum offer diverse excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3 km long natural beach of Nienhagen and the picturesque steep coast are just a few minutes' walk away. The Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for excellent water quality multiple times.

Das Haus war für eine 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei halberwachsenden Jugendlichen optimal. Jeder hatte sein kleines Reich zum zurückziehen. Eine super eingerichtete Küche. Insgesamt war alles sehr gut, auch die Terrasse und sämtliches Equipment. Ruhige Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Es könnte mal ein neuer Grill werden, sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Entfernung zum Strand, zu Fuß, ist etwas weiter.

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus liegt sehr nah am Meer und mit wenn man mit seinem Hund mal weg will, ist das Haus mit dem umzäunten Grundstück ideal.
