The La Goleta building is a seven-story property located on the frontline of the South area of Xeraco Beach.
The building features covered and uncovered parking spaces.
A few meters away, you will find sports areas, parks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a medical center, a Tourist Office, medical attention, and a cultural center. The apartment is located on the third floor and has three bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a toilet.
The living-dining room opens onto a large corner terrace with East and North orientation, accessible from the independent, renovated kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher.
It offers spectacular views of the sea, beach, and mountains. The apartment includes a television, washing machine, and microwave, and a garage space is provided. Capacity: 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (7€/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). A linen change is provided every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after prior consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having a vehicle to travel around the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshlands.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on beaches, sea inlets, and rivers.
