Ideally located halfway between the village of Brem-sur-Mer (shops and weekly market) and the beautiful Dunes 2 beach, this semi-detached house with its own private garden is situated within a small residential complex.
The ground floor comprises: a galley kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, mini-oven, dishwasher, four-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave), a living/dining room (table, chairs, sideboard, sofa, armchairs, TV), a hallway with a closet, a shower room (with washing machine), a separate toilet, and a bedroom.
Bedroom 1: a double bed (140cm) + closet, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers.
Upstairs: a mezzanine (under the eaves, open to the living room) with a pull-out bed (2 x 90cm) and a second bedroom.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140cm) + closet and a chest of drawers.
The living room opens onto a southwest-facing terrace at the rear of the house, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, an awning, and a barbecue.
A private parking space is available in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Tourist tax is not included.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional, subject to availability (€95), and can be booked through the agency.
Security deposit: €250 by credit card only (pre-authorization).
A cleaning deposit may be required.
