My 2nd room was lovely, clean, well-decorated and cosy. I had initially been put in a room with a bit of a fug about it and a broken TV so first impression wasn't great. The lovely guy on reception moved me to a great room which I can't fault at all. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived late from Heathrow and the check in process was terrible- admittedly it was after 11pm! Someone had booked into our room using our names!!
Anyway it eventually got sorted out and we were given another room - which was perfectly adequate!! Apart from that it was a great stay

Don’t expect to communicate with them or really get any information about your accommodation until you show up. They also didn’t inform me of the breakfast discount so I paid extra for that. The room is nice and clean and it’s cute.
