The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with lift and can host up to 5 people.
Please note that there is a step to access the structure. The building is located in the historic center (Traffic Restricted Area), a few steps from the main monuments of the city. The property consists of double bedroom, single bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and balcony. The internal space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C; - BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and split A/C; - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (for 2 people), 39" SMART TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C and access to the balcony; - KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kitchenware and small dining table with chairs; - BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC; - LAUNDRY with water softener and washing machine; - BALCONY (access from the living room). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via split (3 splits), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Alternatively, you can take the bus from the "Stazione ferroviaria" stop to the "Viale Mentana Ufficicomunali" stop, about a 3-minute walk from the property. - If you are traveling by car, parking is not included.
