Shower room with toilet. First floor: two bedrooms (one 140x200 cm bed and a bunk bed (one 90x200 cm and one 80x200 cm). Shower room, bathtub, shower, and toilet. Travel light: beds are made upon arrival, towels, house linens, cleaning, and utilities are all included.
Heat pump heating. Please note: A communal parking lot is located across the street from the cottage, ideal for hiking trails. Access via a gate, unfenced grounds.

Bel endroit dans un écrin de verdure.Le « moulin de Gex » est vaste et donne beaucoup de liberté à chacun: piscine, le poulailler, le sauna fort apprécié, les balades verdoyantes près du cours d’eau, l’écran géant pour des films en famille, et la proximité du CERN ou du château de Voltaire pour voir...
