The Bodenseeresidenz is located on the outskirts of the village and yet close to all the action.
You can easily reach the town center in no time at all. You can reach the sports facilities on foot in just a few minutes.
Lido, sports hall, football pitch, tennis court, sports boat harbor or windsurfing nature reserve Ried and forest - all right on the doorstep.
Surrounded by spacious green areas, we created the Bodenseeresidenz, a spacious building with upscale furnishings, during the conversion and renovation of the family home in 2014. The house meets modern requirements in terms of energy and CO² savings and living comfort.
A lift and maximum accessibility ensure that both young and old feel at home.
The apartments are also low-energy thanks to the careful choice of fittings and building materials.
The underfloor heating with tiles ensures a maximum healthy indoor climate.
The generous use of glass surfaces ensures light-flooded, inviting rooms.
The power of the sun is used as a natural source of energy.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus befindet sich direkt gegenüber des Strandbades, hat eine tolle Aussicht und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Die Oranganisation war ebenfalls super und die Gästebetreuung vorbildlich.
Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr nochmal gebucht.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern und ansprechend eingerichtet.
Große Terasse Richtung See.
Liegt direkt an einem Freibad, das günstig ist, genug schattige Plätze hat und auch Tretboote, Kanus und SUPs verleiht.
Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht, hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich.

Schlafräume bei der Hitze wegen solider Hausbauweise angenehm, nicht so heiss wie draussen.
3 TV-Geräte in 3 verschiedenen Zimmern.
Restaurant fussläufig und Strandbadeplatz mit Liegen und Imbiss direkt gegenüber.
