It's a charming duplex apartment with lovely sea views over the rooftops of the old town.
It is located on the third and top floor (no elevator) of a small condominium building in the old town of Villefranche.
Fully equipped and offering 3 bedrooms, it comprises: • An open entrance hall leading to the living area equipped with a dining table for 6 people, as well as 2 armchairs. • Additional oven, fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking and dining equipment.
The first bedroom upstairs, with a 140 x 190 cm bed, bedside table, TV, and storage.
The windows overlook a quiet pedestrian street in the old town center and offer a beautiful view of the bell tower from the bed.
This room, with large sliding doors, can also be considered an open living space connected to the rest of the apartment.
The second bedroom is also located upstairs, offering a 140 x 190 cm bed, bedside tables, and storage.
Two windows also open onto a quiet street in the old town center and offer a very beautiful sea view. • The third bedroom, also on the upper floor, offers a single bed of 80 x 190 cm, as well as an additional single mattress (80 x 190 cm) which can be used for a child.
It also offers storage and has a skylight.
The bathroom with bathtub, sink, washing machine and dryer, as well as a toilet.
All household linen (sheets, towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and iron.

I didn’t end up communicating whatsoever on VRBO, just skip the middleman and book directly at Riviera Holiday Homes.
