Would you like to spend your holiday on Fehmarn in a large holiday home with upscale furnishings in a great location? "DS11" is the perfect place for your holiday! Underfloor heating in all rooms, luxurious bathrooms, electric shutters and blinds and high-quality furniture await you.
The garden and terrace offer you plenty of space to relax and play, for cosy barbecues and to enjoy the island sun.
Our house is located in the village of Staberdorf, ideally situated between great beaches.
You enter the house via the large hallway, from which the stairs to the upper floor and the huge living-dining-kitchen area lead off.
Here you can cook in a high-quality Nolte kitchen with a large induction hob, dine at the large oak table or relax on the cosy sofa and beanbags.
From the dining area, you can access the terrace and garden via the large lift-and-slide window.
Here you will find a barbecue, parasol and, of course, high-quality garden furniture.
On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with home office space and a spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
Upstairs there is a shower room with a view of the sky, three bedrooms, one with a 240 cm wide family bed, one with a bunk bed that can be pulled out at the bottom and one bedroom with a 180 cm bed.
In all bedrooms you can enjoy a great feeling of space thanks to the open beams and all windows can be completely darkened with electric shutters.
Our house has been sustainably renovated and has a PV and solar thermal system that makes optimum use of the island sun.
There is a private car park in the courtyard and further parking spaces are available on the street.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available outside the house free of charge in our laundry room for guests.
Please note that there is another flat in the house which is also rented out to holiday guests.
We are particularly pleased to welcome families and quiet holiday groups. The surrounding area Staberdorf is a small, agricultural village in the south-east of the island.
Our house is located on the main street of the village, which leads to the cliffs of Staberhuk.
There is a beautiful natural bathing beach here, which you can reach by bike or on foot (approx. 2 km) via a small secret path between the fields.
You will find a fine sandy beach with a DLRG lifeguard station and a great fish sandwich and ice cream parlour in Meeschendorf, about 2 kilometres from the house.
The island's popular south beach with its promenade, playgrounds and tourist attractions is around 4.5 kilometres away, which you can easily cycle along the coast.
The island's capital, Burg, with its numerous supermarkets and historic old town, is approx. 6 km away.
A little tip: twice a week, even in the low season, the travelling bakery stops right next to our house.
Here you can get marvellous cakes, great rolls and excellent bread.
