You'll love its splendid sea view, opposite the beaches, as well as its privileged location and sunny position, so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
The flat sleeps up to 4 people (2 bedrooms)
Living room with flat-screen TV, coffee table, wood-burning stove, BOSE home cinema.
Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, oven, plancha, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.)
2 bedrooms with double beds (160cm), one of which has a large dressing room and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi/Balneo bath.
Air-conditioned loft. Small pets accepted.
Located on the 1st floor of a small, very quiet condominium.
Easy parking close to the flat. The first beaches and bus routes are just opposite the flat.
Wood for the stove to be provided by the client. The stove on site is purely decorative.
Coastal path opposite the flat. A change of scenery guaranteed!

Bed linen and towels are not included in your stay. Take advantage of the professional linen option at a very attractive price. Premium hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected to ISO 9001 and RABC standards.
If you do not wish to take out this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of bedding after your reservation in order to best prepare for your trip.
Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.
Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.
The linen option includes : Complete bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
