stunning view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains from every

room.

The living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen form a vast, convivial space,

adorned with a wrap-around balcony where you can take full advantage of this

exceptional view.

The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and storage, also facing

the lake, guaranteeing that you wake up to a soothing sleep in the face of an enchanting natural setting.

Note that one of these bedrooms has a window on the road side (30m away), but don't worry, the double glazing is effective!

You'll love the cocooning space in the lounge and the large dining table for convivial moments in a calm and serene environment.

The flat benefits from an ideal location
At the foot of the residence, a bus line takes you directly to the centre of Annecy, or

you can opt for a bike ride via the cycle path, or even on foot (only

3 km).


The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities: walks by the

lake, hiking in the Bauges National Park, Le Semnoz, or easy access to

several well-known ski resorts (Le Semnoz, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand)

Sevrier has numerous shops and supermarkets, with a bakery and dry cleaners

less than 300m away.

The accommodation is equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, internet...

For arrivals after 9pm, €20 will be charged for the concierge who

will welcome you (night work).
