As you drive along, the lush vegetation envelops the site in a serene, almost timeless atmosphere.


Then it appears. Majestic, bathed in light, the villa dominates this enchanting setting. At its feet, a stream meanders gently beneath the house, while a pond, dotted with reflections, invites contemplation. Here, every nook and cranny of the garden is an invitation to get lost, to relax in the shade of a tree or around an open-air table.


On the left, a large swimming pool stretches out, offering a breathtaking view over the park. The terrace surrounding it becomes the focal point of summer days, where family meals are shared, lulled by the murmur of the water and the song of the birds.


Pushing open the villa's door, you discover a refined interior, where chic and warmth blend to perfection. The living room, with its wooden furniture and colourful carpets, exudes relaxed elegance. A cosy area unfolds in front of a suspended stove, ideal for winter evenings, while a reading corner and television await relaxation enthusiasts.


The kitchen, resolutely modern with its central island and top-of-the-range equipment, invites conviviality, whether for preparing a morning coffee or a refined dinner.


At night, the villa has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering comfort and privacy to its occupants. The master suite is a real cocoon, with its shower and bathtub perfect for moments of relaxation. A laundry room completes the property, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge, ideal for long stays.


An independent studio apartment, equipped with a kitchenette and shower room, completes the property, ideal for providing a private space for a guest or family member.


Finally, the villa, with its numerous streams and pond, is ideal for stays between adults or discerning families, where vigilance is required with young children.
