Stone country house of 70m2 located in a hamlet 2 kms from the village of Locoal-Mendon (several local shops, farms and local producers) and right next to a creperie (200m).
Ideally located in the heart of Morbihan, very close to Auray and its magnificent port of St-Goustan, the Ria d'Etel, the island of Saint-Cado, the beaches of Erdeven, quick access to Carnac, Quiberon, the Gulf, Vannes, Lorient...
On the ground floor:
Living room - dining room - equipped kitchen (crockery, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher), toilet, bathroom with bath and washing machine.
Upstairs:
Two large bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people in total: 1 double bed in each room and 2 single beds that can be positioned either 1 per room, or 2 in the same room, or stacked (configuration 5 travellers or less). Possibility of adding a baby cot (available).
Linen:
- Sheets provided and beds made on arrival: fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases (included in the price).
- Towels, bath mats and tea towels available.
Available on request:
Baby equipment (travel cot, playpen, bath, potty, reducer), games and children's books.
Outside:
Small courtyard equipped with a table, garden chairs and a barbecue.
Shelter for storing bicycles.
Parking possible for one or two vehicles.
The house is located in a dead end without traffic. Peace and quiet guaranteed!
Reception:
Reception and handover of the keys on site by the owner or his representative.
Key box in case of absence at the time of arrival or departure of our travellers.
Please note:
- Cleaning fees are not optional, they are included in the total price displayed.
- We provide a few rolls of toilet paper, soap/shower gel, a few dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, tea bags, rubbish bags, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, washing-up liquid, sponge, on arrival to facilitate your start of stay.
- In July and August: weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are preferred.
- For the use of the fireplace, wood is not provided.

Tout. Le logement est bien placé, proche des principaux lieux de visites (Carnac , Lorient, Auray...) Il est propre, bien agencé, rien ne manque, en pleine nature et surtout au calme.
