Welcome to our lovingly renovated vacation home! Spread across 68 sqm, a modern and comfortable accommodation awaits you. The bright living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining space offers access to the terrace with teak furniture, perfect for enjoying the sun. A second, sheltered terrace invites you for your morning coffee.
The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and an air fryer.
Spices, vinegar, oil, tea, and coffee are provided. The modern bathroom with a window offers a walk-in rain shower, vanity, and a mirrored cabinet with ample storage.
The separate bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the living room features a wall bed with two single beds. We have furnished the house with love and hope you feel right at home! Our vacation home can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is nestled amidst a picturesque landscape of meadows and forests – perfect for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Thanks to the ideal location of our house, numerous leisure activities are right on your doorstep.
The Waldmythenweg (Forest Myth Trail) and the Bergischer Panoramasteig (Bergisch Panorama Trail) invite you for extended hikes, while the center of Waldbröl is only 2.1 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
The Panarbora Nature Experience Park is just 2 km away and offers a unique natural experience for all ages.
The EiaB - Buddhist Center (3 km) and the Waldbröl bus station (2.6 km) are also quickly accessible. Our semi-detached house features its own fenced garden, offering plenty of space for relaxation.
Two parking spaces are available on the property.
For our guests, we have also compiled a selection of flyers and brochures about exciting excursion possibilities, including donkey rides, cow cuddling, the Eckenhagen Monkey and Bird Park, and the Balneo swimming pool in Waldbröl. Cycling and hiking maps are also available for actively exploring the region. For cozy hours in the vacation home, we have a small selection of board games, books, and magazines ready for you. Whether you want to actively experience nature, explore the surroundings, or simply relax – our vacation home in Baumen offers the perfect starting point for a restful stay. We look forward to your visit! An advance payment of 20% is due immediately after booking.
The remaining balance is payable 14 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is possible from 3 PM. Check-out should be by 11 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation.
Please contact us in good time if necessary to arrange this. Key handover will be done in person on-site or via a key safe.
You will receive the code for this in good time before your arrival. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Dogs (max. 2) are allowed upon agreement.

Arrival: By Bus: From Waldbröl bus station, you can reach the nearest bus stop to our vacation home with line xxx. By Train: Waldbröl is part of the Rhein Sieg transport association (VRS). The destination station is Schladern (Sieg). You can reach Schladern (Sieg) with the S12 or the Rhein Sieg Express (RSX) from Cologne or Siegen in approx. 45 minutes.
From there, take the bus to Waldbröl (approx. 20 minutes travel time). By Car: From the South: A3 to exit Bonn/Siegburg, then take the A560 towards Hennef, exit Hennef-Ost towards Waldbröl (B478).
