MARINE AP4445 by Riviera Holiday Homes is located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, in a former noble residence called Le Palais de la Marine, directly on the seafront and in the old town, with all restaurants and amenities nearby.
This charming duplex studio offers a superb sea view, 4 sleeping spaces, and fans in each area.
The residence also features a large communal terrace with dining tables and an outdoor lounge. The accommodation includes: The living area: a double sofa bed (made up of 2 single beds), a fan, a low cabinet with TV and internet connection, and a folding table for 4 guests.
The functional kitchen, open to the living room, with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining – all offering superb views of the sea and Cap Ferrat. The sleeping area on the mezzanine: a double bed, two bedside tables, a fan, and storage space. The shower room: with a shower, sink, and storage. Separate toilets. The residence's large shared terrace, located on the seafront, offers dining tables and an outdoor lounge area.
It can be used for sharing drinks and appetizers for an aperitif or pastries for breakfast, but it is not possible to have a full meal there. All household linens (sheets and towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner and an iron.
