Cal Nan, is a rural house located in Santa María de Besora, a small mountain municipality that is located in the Catalan pre-Pyrenees (central Catalonia). Between the regions of Osona and El Ripollès). It is an essentially rural municipality with forests of oaks, pines and beech.
Built in the 17th century, the houses were restored 15 years ago. It retains all the charm of the past, and the comforts of the present.

-Capacity for 7 or 8 people (3 rooms: two doubles and one for four people). We have a baby crib-
-The ground floor consists of a kitchen-dining room-living room (in a single space), and a room with bathroom.
-On the first floor we find two double rooms (all rooms have a bathroom).
Outside, the house has a 1000 m2 garden with a pool and a porch. The pool is covered with a retractable roof to extend the pool season.
The pool is shared with another rural house that we manage (Can Cisquet).

SERVICES:
-Kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
-Central heating (city gas) / Wood stove / Hot water.
-Washing machine.
-The rooms have sheets, blankets and bath towels (does not include shower and pool towels).
-Availability of 1 crib (for children up to 3 years old).
-TV in the dining room.
-Wifi
-Garden and porch with barbecue.
- Fenced pool with sun terrace. Indoor pool with retractable roof, this increases the water temperature by 8 degrees.
