Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a sleeping area. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Sleeping area: with a double bed (140×190), separated by a partition without a door - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A communal indoor swimming pool measuring 120 m² (heated), open from 1 April to 30 September from 9 am to 8 pm, is at your disposal - A 9 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more... Activities: - Just a 10-minute walk away, visit the local cheese dairy and discover the secrets behind the production of the famous Comté cheese. - The Toy Museum in Moirans-en-Montagne, perfect for young and old alike. - The Paul-Émile-Victor Museum in Prémanon, dedicated to great polar explorations. - Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park - Lac de l’Abbaye, Lac de Vouglans - Pic de l’Aigle - Hérisson Waterfalls Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, 2 km away - Nearest airport: Geneva, 1 hour 15 minutes away. Other notes: - The studio is a 15-minute drive from the Bellefontaine ski resort, which offers cross-country and downhill skiing. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

L appartement est un peu petit mais pour deux personnes cela convient tout à fait,le rapport qualité prix est très bien,la personne qui gère la location est très sympathique et la région est idéale pour le tourisme et pour les amateurs de randonnées, nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. L’appartement est petit pour 4 mais très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un super séjour, d’autant que le soleil était avec nous. De belles randonnées. L’espace des mondes polaires…

Le logement est petit mais très fonctionnel. Nous avions tout le nécessaire à disposition pour passer un excellent séjour. Les possibilités de randonnée sont nombreuses et répertoriées dans un classeur mis à disposition par le logeur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la superbe piscine couverte et chauffée, un vrai plus ! Nombreuses places de parc devant l'immeuble. Super marché à proximité.
