Villetta Marika - Salento Reservation is located in Marina di Mancaversa, a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Gallipoli.
The house consists of a large living room with TV and sofa with ceiling fan, a kitchenette equipped with all the tools and appliances useful for preparing meals, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and bunk bed, one with two single beds plus a bunk bed and another double bedroom, two bathrooms, one complete with shower box, another external with shower box and toilet.
The villa has a large back porch equipped with garden furniture, a sink, washing machine and wood-burning barbecue.
On the front there is ample space with parking space. It also has Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, alarm system and anti-theft. N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out. Camping cot available with a supplement of 50.00€; Welcome little 4-legged friends with a small supplement of 50.00€; Additional bath set 20.00€ per person; Additional sheet set 20.00€ per person. Check in time: from 17 to 20 Check out time: from 8 to 10 For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required: - for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00; - for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00; - for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
