Our charming vacation apartment and two cozy guest rooms are located in close proximity to the DRK Hospital Rabenstein and the Celenus Clinic Carolabad.
Since 2023, the Börner family has managed them with great care from March to November. We want every guest to feel completely at home with us – whether for a short stay or a longer vacation.
Our accommodation impresses with its idyllic, quiet location on the green outskirts of Chemnitz, while the city center is still only a few minutes away.
This perfect combination makes our house the ideal starting point for both relaxation and discovery. Thanks to the excellent transport links, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while conveniently reaching all important sights and leisure activities.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous shopping opportunities, cozy cafés, and restaurants that offer culinary variety. The region around Chemnitz offers a wide range of experiences: explore picturesque hiking trails, idyllic cycling routes, or significant historical sights.
Particularly recommended are the Rabenstein Viaduct, Rabenstein Castle and Keep, the fascinating Felsendome (rock domes), as well as the Rabenstein Zoo and wildlife park. Whether you want to enjoy nature or experience cultural highlights – there is something for everyone here.
We look forward to welcoming you to our accommodation and are always available with valuable tips for your stay! Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Arrival from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Departure by 11:00 AM. Key handover is done in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A security deposit of €100 in cash will be collected upon arrival. The city of Chemnitz charges a visitor's tax of 5% of the overnight price from all individuals aged 18 and over.
Exceptions include students, pupils, and trainees who need to stay overnight for educational purposes. The visitor's tax is payable in cash upon arrival, in addition to the accommodation cost.
