There is no reception on the ground floor of the building.
The reception is at our office FINCAS ARENA (Av/ Europa, 25 local 1). The communal area of the building, as well as its services (gardens, pool, tennis, children's playground, or any other type of facility or service), are not managed by us, and their operating hours and usage conditions will be determined by the homeowners' association. The apartments are equipped with towels and sheets and are delivered clean upon arrival.
Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy, and free of trash (otherwise, the extra cost incurred will be deducted from the deposit). Pets of any kind are only accepted "upon request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (please consult us), and they incur a supplement per pet. If there is parking and it is not indicated as private, then the parking is communal, and there is no guaranteed space for each apartment. (Only one car can be parked per apartment, and only if a space is available). Wifi and air conditioning (if available) are optional services (paid), unless expressly stated that they are included in the price. If you need an iron, please request it at our office. Our clients have access to a 24-hour maintenance service for emergencies in the apartment via a contact phone number (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until our reception office opens).
Misuse or abuse of this service will incur a cost for the client.
