First floor: living room with kitchenette, bathroom, separate toilet, and 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.
All open onto a 13 m² balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
Second floor: 5 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 beds (90x200 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 bed (160x200 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200 cm) and private TV, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200 cm), and 1 bedroom with 1 bed (160x200 cm), shower room with toilet.
The owners, very attentive to eco-friendly practices, offer you 300 kWh of electricity per week (with meter readings) as well as bags of pellets throughout the year, in quantities adapted to the season.
For even more comfort, numerous services are available as optional extras: bed linen provided, toiletry kit, cleaning package, and additional pellets if needed.

le chalet L'Occitania est agréable à vivre, spacieux , bien équipé, Le plus: le SPA Jacuzzi, la piscine intérieure . Aucune difficulté à monter à la station PIAU Engaly soit en voiture , soit en navette. Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire et bonne présentation des lieux.

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et n hésite pas à prendre son temps pour faire visiter le logement ainsi que pour donner toutes les informations pour passer un bon séjour. Logement conforme au descriptif, spacieux et fonctionnel. Agréable et Idéal pour un séjour en famille 7 adultes et 6 enfants la piscine et le jacuzzi sont vraiment un plus. Je recommande.

Superbe gîte, très bien placé, non loin des pistes mais au calme, avec des départs de randonnées tout près. Spacieux, vraiment idéal pour un voyage entre amis car de l'espace pour chacun. L'espace sauna/jacuzzi/piscine est vraiment bien et appréciable. Enfin, les hôtes sont vraiment très accueillants et agréables. Je conseille vivement ! (sans parler de la vallée qui est splendide !)
