Situated within the owners' house, adjacent to a year-round residence on the ground floor, this very functional and modernly decorated cottage has been created.
It features a large living area with a lounge and dining space, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, pyrolytic oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 cm and 2 beds that can be configured as 90x200 cm or 180x200 cm), and a shower room.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.
There is an outdoor garden (shared with owners) with garden furniture and a balcony surrounding the house, accessible from the bedrooms and the living area.

Nous avons passé quelques jours en décembre. La maison est superb, tout est parfait.Rien ne manque. La maison est très spacieuse, propre et lumineuse. Le jardin très agréable. Le propriétaire de la maison est très gentil. La maison est dans un quartier très calme, à cinq minutes à pied du centre ville. Bien sure que nous reviendrons.

- très bien situé surtout si l'on est curiste: les trajets au sein du parc sont très agréables. à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village.- calme, confortable, spacieux- juste savoir que la cuisine permet difficilement d'y prendre ses repas, ce qui oblige à utiliser le séjour.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien situé, dans un endroit calme, à proximité de commerces. Le secteur d'Argelès Gazost est très intéressant pour rayonner dans toute la région.Les propriétaires ont été très agréables.
