Outside, the property stands out with its 8 x 4 meter saltwater pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days.
Around it, a well-maintained artificial lawn area with sun loungers and umbrellas invites relaxation, while the barbecue and furnished porch offer the perfect space for al fresco dining.
For the little ones, there is a small playground where they can play safely.

The living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi, is a perfect space to relax after a day of excursions.
The open-plan kitchen has a gas hob and oven, Italian and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils for preparing any meal.
The property has two bedrooms: the main one, with a double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning, and a second bedroom also with a double bed; an air conditioning unit will be installed, though it is not yet operational.
The bathroom is complete and includes a shower.
For added convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
Additionally, a cot and high chair can be provided for the little ones upon request.
Located 28 km from the beaches of Capellans in Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, this finca offers the perfect combination of tranquility and access to some of Mallorca's most beautiful corners.
In Costitx, guests will find a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a gas station, while in the nearby towns of Sineu, Inca, or Can Picafort, they can access a wider variety of services.

From here, you can easily visit the Sierra de Tramuntana, the city of Palma, and the picturesque north coast, with charming villages like Alcúdia, Pollença, and Formentor.
Furthermore, on Wednesdays, a visit to the traditional Sineu market, the oldest on the island, is a must.
