La proximité avec les pistes de ski. La cuisine moderne avec lave-vaisselle, la terrasse et salle de bain avec baignoire.
L'horaire d'arrivée(16h)/départ(10h). La capacité d'eau chaude insuffisante. Machine à lessive avec système de monnaies à 50centimes contraignant.
