At Weekly Villas, we strive to provide the best value for your stay, ensuring you only pay for the services you truly need. Our base rental rate includes everything necessary for a great experience, but if you’d like to add extra services, here are their costs

Important Information on Rates & Payments

Credit card payments (Visa) incur a 3% surcharge for card processing fees.

Bank transfers are available with no additional cost.

Assistance service can be booked with either payment method.

Cleaning costs

One-month stays: Two mid-stay cleanings, one at the end of each week (100 € each). Final deep cleaning at the end of the month: 350 €.

Heating/electricity/gas supplement: 800 €/month, charged based on actual consumption (applies to monthly rentals).

Late check-in (20:00 - 24:00): 45 €.



-

Late check-in (after 24:00): 70 €.

Security deposit: 3,000 €.
