The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 27 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) - Two bathrooms with bathtubs - Two separate WCs For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 5 m x 10 m, accessible from June to October. - A 5,000 m² garden, fully enclosed and wooded. - A pergola (4 m x 3 m) with outdoor lounge area. - A 10 m² patio designed to make the most of sunny days. - A terrace of approximately 12 m², perfect for aperitifs at sunset.
The house is ideally located in Moissac-Bellevue, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Close to the property, you will find the friendly and lively Provençal markets of Riez, Salernes and Lorgues.
There is also the Valensole plateau with its lavender fields, rich in colour and fragrance.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Les Arcs - Draguignan, approximately 45 km away. - Nearest airports: Marseille & Nice, approximately 110 km away.
Other comments: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
