Set off on foot from the gîte to discover Beynac, a town steeped in history and the pride of our heritage with its world-famous château. In the village, you'll find a pharmacy, post office, bakery, patisserie, butcher's, delicatessen and grocer's.
You'll be staying just 12 km from Sarlat and within easy reach of the most famous tourist sites, such as the Château de Castelnaud, the Château des Milandes, the village of La Roque Gageac, the Marqueyssac gardens, the bastide town of Domme... On the Dordogne river, you can enjoy gabarre or canoe trips, swimming or fishing.
